Intended conditions
The guarantee is intended to sit alongside the original treatment scope. Known circumstances that affect eligibility include:
- Bed bug activity originating from an adjoining property
- Reintroduction following treatment
- Activity outside the agreed treatment scope
- Failure to comply with agreed preparation requirements
- Failure to follow relevant aftercare requirements
Reporting and evidence
Activity is reported through your portal during the guarantee period. Evidence may be requested, and reports are reviewed by our team. No automated system decides a guarantee outcome.
Reminder
A reminder is designed to be sent seven days before the guarantee period ends so you have the opportunity to report anything outstanding.
