Legal
Treatment terms
The treatment agreement is the contract for your treatment. It is issued with your quotation and accepted in your portal before treatment goes ahead.
Awaiting professional legal approval
Final wording for this document has not yet been prepared and approved by a qualified professional. The summary below explains our intended position so you know what to expect; it is not the final agreement, and the approved document is provided to you before treatment.
What the agreement is intended to cover
- The property and the rooms within the agreed treatment scope
- The quotation, what it includes and how it may change if the scope changes
- Preparation requirements and the date by which they must be complete
- Access arrangements and the electrical supply available at the property
- What happens on treatment day, including departure and re-entry
- Payment terms
- Cancellation and rescheduling
- Completion, the service record and aftercare
Preparation
Preparation is part of the treatment, not an optional extra. Where preparation is materially incomplete on the day, the treatment may be affected and additional agreed charges may apply in line with the approved agreement. We will always tell you what we have found before anything is charged.
The preparation guidance itself is issued to you with your treatment and is available in your customer portal.
Versioning
Agreements are versioned. The version you accepted is retained against your treatment and cannot be altered afterwards.
Guarantee
The guarantee has its own conditions, set out in the guarantee terms.
