Telford is a planned new town of estates, maisonettes and mixed-tenure housing across Dawley, Madeley, Brookside and Sutton Hill, with repeated layouts and a large managed rented sector.
Border and plain farm property
The north plain and the Welsh border hold farmhouses, converted barns and cottages with long drives, limited turning space and, at times, a modest electrical supply. These are confirmed before a date is agreed.
South Shropshire hill travel
Clun, Bishop's Castle, the Long Mynd and the Clee hills are reached by narrow, steep roads that are slow in poor weather. Ludlow and Craven Arms exist as anchors because covering the south from Shrewsbury alone would not be honest.
Visitor and hospitality accommodation
Ludlow, Ironbridge, Church Stretton and the Severn valley support inns, hotels, guest houses and holiday cottages with short changeover windows agreed with the operator in advance.

- Why is Market Drayton or Whitchurch not a hub?
- Both are covered and searchable. They sit within the working catchment of Shrewsbury and Telford on reasonable roads, so a separate page would not describe a genuinely different service area.
- Do you cover addresses close to the Welsh border?
- We cover the English side of the border here, subject to access. Some districts extend into Powys or Wrexham, and the table says so.
- Do you have an office in Shropshire?
