Fenland and agricultural housing
Around Boston, Spalding, Holbeach and the Wash there is older cottage, farm and worker accommodation, some of it in multiple occupation. Access, occupancy and preparation responsibilities are confirmed with the owner or manager before a date is offered.
Humber bank industrial towns
Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Immingham and Barton-upon-Humber hold terraced and post-war estate housing along with worker and contractor accommodation. These sit in separate unitary authorities and are served from their own hubs.
Wolds and isolated rural property
Across the Wolds and the northern villages there are brick and stone farmhouses, converted barns and cottages some distance from a robust supply, reached by narrow lanes. Electrical capacity, parking and carrying distance are checked at enquiry stage.
Long road journeys
North to south this region is over a hundred miles on mostly single-carriageway roads. Coastal and Wolds visits are scheduled with the real journey built in rather than treated as fringe work from Lincoln.

- Why is Sleaford not a separate hub?
- Sleaford sits between Lincoln and Grantham on good roads and is served from those hubs. A separate page for it would not describe a genuinely different service area.
