Bed Bug Heat Treatment in North East Wales
North East Wales runs from the Conwy valley along the north coast to Deeside and south to Wrexham. It is the most densely populated part of Wales we cover outside the south: the coastal strip from Llandudno through Rhyl and Prestatyn, the Deeside towns on the English border, and Wrexham as a city in its own right. Travel here is short and the working pattern is urban.

Areas we cover
North East Wales districts, service areas and postcodes
Coverage grouped by authorities, with service areas, postcode districts and boundary detail from the verified geographic registry. A geographic match is not the same as confirmed service availability.
Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham are four separate unitary authorities. They are covered together because the A55 and A483 tie them into one working area, not because they share a council. Each table states the authority an address sits in.

Property and access
What affects a North East Wales heat treatment
The practical detail of the building changes the plan far more than the region does.
Coastal guest houses and hotels
Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Rhyl and Prestatyn hold large Victorian seafront buildings run as hotels and guest houses, with many bedrooms served by shared corridors and service routes.
Multi-occupancy and converted seafront housing
Parts of the coastal strip carry large properties subdivided into flats and bedsits, where a single reported room is treated as part of the whole building.
Deeside industrial-town housing
Connah's Quay, Shotton, Queensferry and Flint hold terraced and estate housing close to the border, worked on the same day as neighbouring streets where possible.
Wrexham city property
Wrexham combines terraced streets, student and shared housing and post-war estates, and is served as a city rather than as a market town.
Market town and valley property
Mold, Ruthin, Denbigh, Llangollen and Llanrwst hold older stone buildings with irregular layouts that change how heat is applied and monitored.
Holiday parks and static caravans
Towyn, Kinmel Bay and the coastal parks hold static units with limited power supply, which is confirmed before a treatment date is agreed.
The treatment
How the treatment itself works
The method does not change between towns. These are the authoritative pages.
Quotations
How treatment is quoted in North East Wales
Quotations follow the same national approach. There is no North East Wales surcharge and no automated price — every quotation is prepared by a person.
Quoted individually
Every property is quoted on its own treatment requirements

No automated calculator and no published price list
Guarantee
Six-month guarantee
6-Month Guarantee
Our six-month guarantee provides additional reassurance following qualifying treatments. Full guarantee conditions are provided before treatment and form part of the customer agreement.
Terms and conditions apply. The guarantee is conditional, and known operational conditions include matters such as:
- Bed bug activity originating from an adjoining property
- Reintroduction following treatment
- Activity outside the agreed treatment scope
- Failure to comply with agreed preparation requirements
- Failure to follow relevant aftercare requirements
Full conditions are provided in writing before treatment. This page explains the principle of the guarantee only — it is not the customer agreement.

Questions
North East Wales questions
- Is this one council area?
- No. Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham are four separate unitary authorities and every address is labelled with its own.
- Do CH postcodes mean the property is in England?
- Not necessarily. CH4 to CH8 include Welsh Deeside as well as parts of Cheshire, and each district records which side of the border it sits on.
- Are seafront hotels treated room by room?
- No. Adjoining rooms, corridors and service routes are assessed together, because bed bugs move between them.
- Is the Conwy valley covered?
- Yes. Llanrwst is a hub and covers Betws-y-Coed, Trefriw and the surrounding villages.
- Can you work in static caravans?
- Yes, subject to a power check at survey, because heat treatment needs a supply the unit can sustain.
