What we hold
- Your enquiry details and the property address you give us
- Photographs or video you send with an enquiry or upload to your portal
- Your quotation, agreement and payment status
- Treatment records, including monitoring information and treatment evidence
- Questions you ask through the portal assistant
How evidence is stored
Enquiry evidence and portal uploads are stored privately. They are not publicly accessible, they are not indexed, and they are only reachable through access-checked requests by us or by you.
Publication
Nothing you send is published as a case study or public evidence unless it has been reviewed, anonymised and approved for publication. Identifying detail is removed before anything is published.
Retention
A formal retention policy is being prepared as part of legal review. Until it is approved and published here, we keep treatment records for as long as we need them to support your treatment and guarantee period.
